Chrysler Records Big July Sales Figures

For 40-straight months now, Chrysler has outsold themselves from the previous year. This only means that every year they continue to move full steam ahead in year-over-year sales. July is more of the same as 2013 figures were released, and they outpaced 2012 by a nice margin.

In all, just over 140,000 new Chrysler models, including all others that fall under the brand's umbrella, have been sold, creating a 12 percent gain from last year. Even more, this July marks the best sales number that the automaker has had for the seventh month of the year since 2006.

Taking a look at the Chrysler brand specifically, it recorded a 12 percent gain from a year ago, energized by models like the Town & Country and the 300, which was recently named the top minivan in the J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Study. It was the best July since 2008 for Chrysler. Other brands under their umbrella such as, RAM and Dodge also performed well, making it a good month no matter the auto brand you can find at Hastings Chrysler Center .
